Meet Neha
I’m Neha, a mother, a healer, an artist, and a business leader.
But more than any title, I’m a woman learning to live softly again.
For years, I moved through life driven by responsibility, running a business, raising my son, and holding everything together.
I thought strength meant doing it all perfectly.
But somewhere between motherhood, late nights, and quiet reflection, I discovered that true strength comes from softness, from slowing down, listening inward, and choosing love, again and again.
That journey became The Soft Rebuild, a way of living, healing, and creating from the heart.
It’s not just a project; it’s a movement toward self-love, calm, and conscious living.

Through this space, I hope you find what I found — peace in imperfection, beauty in rebuilding, and the courage to begin again.

As a Mother: The Heart of Everything
Motherhood has been my greatest teacher.
It taught me patience, strength, empathy, and forgiveness – for my son and for myself.
As a single mother, I learned to embody both the softness of nurturing and the steadiness of leadership.
I learned that love isn’t about doing everything right; it’s about being present, being real, and showing up even when you’re tired or unsure.
Today, I raise my son with the same intention I live my life by: to be conscious, compassionate, and courageous.
The Perfectly Imperfect Art
A celebration of beauty in imperfection
Perfectly Imperfect Art was born from The Soft Rebuild. It is a creative expression of healing, presence, and self-love.
Each piece, whether pottery or painting, carries the quiet energy of mindfulness and renewal.
Every curve, brushstroke, and uneven edge tells a story of acceptance, a reminder that imperfection is not something to fix, but something to honor.
Each creation is more than art; it’s a reflection of the soft rebuild within.
My Reiki Journey: Coming Back to Energy and Self-Love
My connection to Reiki began when I was a child.
I was often unwell, and after months of traditional treatments, my parents turned to Reiki.
After six months of energy healing, my condition never occurred again, and it planted the first seed of faith in me.
Years later, as a university student, I began learning Reiki myself.
I practiced daily, healing friends and classmates, fascinated by its gentle yet powerful nature.
Then life took over. There’s studies, marriage, motherhood, business.
My Reiki journey went quiet for many years. Until one day, in 2025, when my son faced the possibility of knee surgery.
I had tried everything: medicine, therapy, rest… and then I remembered. Reiki.
I began healing him every day, channeling energy with love and intention. It wasn’t magic, but it worked.
Slowly and gently, his pain eased.
That moment reawakened my calling.
I pursued my Third and Fourth Degrees, becoming a Reiki Grandmaster, and began offering healing sessions and chakra balancing for others.
To me, Reiki is more than a practice. It is an act of self-love — a way of listening to your body, your heart, and your spirit with compassion.
Now, I teach others to do the same: to reconnect to their energy, to trust their intuition, and to heal themselves with love.
